- He served as Assistant Professor at Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar.
- Worked as Associate Professor and Professor of Physiology at Gomal Medical College (GMC), D.I. Khan.
- He remained as Professor/Dean/Director, KIMS (KMU Institute of Medical Sciences) Kohat.
- He also served as Professor/Dean/Registrar, and Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad.
- He remained as member of Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).
