This training session conducted under the supervision of Dr. Khalid Naseem Khan and Lead of Quality Insurance & Patient Safety Department Atiq ur Rehman. The objective of this training session was to educate participants about Clinical Audit and Mortality Review so that doctors, paramedics, nurses, and healthcare professionals can improve patient care.
