Hospital Director and DHO Visit during Emergency Declared at Bannu DHQ Hospital after FC Line Attack

Hospital Director, Dr. Nek Muhammad Khan, along with District Health Officer Dr. Zafar Iqbal, visited the injured admitted at the District Headquarters Hospital.

Earlier today, as a result of an attack on the FC Line in Bannu, seven people, including the SHO, were injured and immediately shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital. The medical staff present in the emergency department provided timely medical aid to the injured, after which they were admitted to the wards and are under continuous observation.

Hospital Director Dr. Nek Muhammad Khan said on the occasion that an emergency has been declared in the hospital and all staff are on alert. He further stated that medicines and all other essential facilities for the treatment of the injured have been fully ensured.

District Health Officer Dr. Zafar Iqbal also inquired about the health of the injured and said that the Health Department will continue to take every possible measure to provide healthcare facilities to the public.
