Inauguration of Modern Pediatric Emergency at Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital

Newly established Pediatric Emergency at Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital has been officially inaugurated.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Governors , Professor Dr. Saeed Ullah Shah, along with BOG member Shab Niaz Khan and the in-charge of Pediatric Emergency, Assistant Professor Dr. Khalid Naseem.

A specialized modern Pediatric Emergency Unit has been set up in the hospital’s emergency department, aimed at providing immediate and quality medical facilities for newborns and young patients. This unit is equipped with advanced medical instruments, specialized pediatric monitoring systems, a separate triage system for newborns, and advanced life support facilities, including a High Dependency Unit (HDU).
